      <image:caption>Both Lisa and I  started out at about 210+ lbs when we began Fit For Life Bootcamp almost 3.5- 4 yrs ago. In the first 2 months I (Cassie)  lost a total of 8 1/2 inches. I'm happy to say it continued to go down from there until my body reached its point of where its at now. Since joining 3.5-4 yrs. ago Lisa has lost 17.5 inches and more importantly found herself again. Connie is incredible; she takes the time to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workouts while offering modifications for every level of participant.
